The bad thing with V8 is that it is LOADED with sodium. But if you are going to be putting salt on your veggies than I suppose it is not too much of a difference, I think it really depends on how you will prepare you vegetables.

Vegtables are better because they have fiber. Fiber helps you to feel full, V*8 is just a little drink that will leave you feeling hungry in a few minutes.

V8 has a lot of salt in it. If you are trying to lose weight, consuming a lot of salt won't do you any favors. It will cause you to retain water.

I love V8! But it is full of salt,unless you get the unsalted kind.You can control how much salt you put on your veggies,cooked or uncooked.

Both are good, but, the actual vegetables are better. Less sodium and more fiber.
