Some disadvantages are that the body is badly, badly mutilated. There are incisions made from the top of both hip bones all the way down the legs and same from both shoulder blades to the wrists to remove the long bones. Incisions are made to remove the hips and shoulders. It is very similar to fileting a fish and leaves very little to work with. Another disadvantage is that there is a good chance of rejection and/or death in the recipient because of infection, invasive surgeries and incompatibility.
Many people also do not realize that in order to donate vital organs, you MUST be alive prior to the organ removal. Meaning that you must be braindead, yet kept alive by life support and then the organs are harvesting while you are alive, then they take you off life support and you die officially after they have harvested the organs. It is very costly to keep the donor alive on the life support until a suitable donor is found, even though their is no charge to the families.

If you are alive donating organs can be pretty risky (e.g. heart). However (partial) liver and kidney donations are getting safer by the day. Disadvantages: The surgeries are relatively complicated, and in the case of a kidney, your "back-up" is gone in the event that YOU develop any problems in the future. The disadvantages for post-mortem donations are pretty low, on the other hand, unless you are Egyptian.

Donating physique organs as quickly as we die is thoroughly perfect.whilst quickly as we are alive we can easily donate a million of our Kidney(the different continues to be with us) .Kidney transplantation occurs in India legally.there is something talked approximately as as partial liver transplantation yet am unsure if that is donated whilst someone is alive.

Well if you are thinking about being a organ donor, like when you die there are no disadvantages to you cause you don't need them anymore.

There's only one that I can think of:
Donating it to someone who abused him/herself all their lives and gets your organ only to live longer to abuse themselves some more.
