That is a hard one,because my oldest daughter is HIV Positive & I just lost my sister to cancer.
I believe cancer,because people need to take resposibility for having unprotected sex with the aids thing.
Cancer is a killer that comes out of nowhere & when least expected!

Probably a cure for schizophrenia
because not only do they apparently have to deal w/mentally disturbing episodes of whatever--hearing voices, hallucinations,ect.
It seems it's a real nightmare for them to deal w/plus dealing w/all kinds of social labels, discriminating behavior and ridicule of other's, w/very little compassion, as someone w/a physical illess would receive.
Never knew anyone personally schizophrenic but seen a couple of television programs about a couple of folks lives living w/it.
I don't know, maybe there is some kind of cure or close to it now, come to think of it!!
The other would be a cure for asthma. have a friend who suffers horribly from this! Would like to see someday that she's 100% healed!!!

I think we have control over many issues and can treat many things. The one thing we cannot cure and can only treat without hope of a "remission" is AIDS. I would love to find a cure for AIDS and ease all of the people in the world suffering from this terrible disease.

HIV/AIDS. Not only would many lives be saved, but knowing that cure might unlock the cures for many other illnesses.

Cancer would by #1! It is unyielding, unbiased, and sometimes the treatments are intolerable! It's taken family members and friends and should be eradicated off the face of the planet!

OK, I would have to go with Alzheimer's.You could go for treatment for cancer, but with Alzheimer's, you just wither away until your brain can't tell your body to function. It's horrible to have to watch a loved one that has no idea who you are, or watch them be scared of you because they think you are a stranger...
they can get some help with medication, but it doesn't stop it.

Cancer. A lot of people will get cancer at some point in their lives and it'd be cool if I could cure it. All types of cancer too.

Addictions because that is what makes the people of the world crazy, weather it is food, weight,achole, drugs, abuse.
