Depending on the donut, could be pudding, a cream filling or jelly

Some are from a company I believed is called Wilton. Bismark is the red filling or jelly.

Custard is a instand filing pudding. Sometimes the filling is mixed with Frosting and custard and used as a filling as well.

Nix on the jelly donuts! Peanut-butter and JELLY sandwich, sure. yet, If i am going to waste all those energy i am going to do it with a coconut-creme-donut, and luxuriate in each chew!
