I just reached under 100 lbs. What are some good methods to healthly gain about 15-20 lbs. I eat junk food, fatty foods, etc

you want to gain weight the healthy way. eating a bunch of junk food, and fatty foods will just make you gain but not in a good way. i've heard that increasing your intake of healthy fats such as peanut butter and soybean oil are a good start. increasing protein is another good way.

A lot of protein and good (healthy) carbs - not too much sugar.
I had to gain 15 pounds about 2 years ago, and because I never felt hungry, I kept trailmix (mixed nuts, raisins, etc.) on me at all times. Because it was there, I ate it. If you really want to gain weight while keeping healthy, cut the junk food. Exercise a little bit if you can too, just walking... good luck.

I would recommend some dairy products and some peanut butter before bed that way it will sit and become fat if you're looking for visible pounds, if not, eat if during the day but I suggest mostly close together.

eat pasta and meat. If all you are eating is meat and foods that don't contain carbohydrates then the body goes into keytosis and burns fat. The carbs prevent the body from going into keytosis.

One way is to eat small portions of food at least 6 times a day..

Do not eat regular meals if you want to gain weight..

Well have you heard of the nutritional drink called ensure or ensure plus? I recommend drinking two of them a day in addition to have three meals and snacks. How tall are you? Because your weight all depends on your height.

eat bananas, apples and healthy foods to get healthy and more meaty in the right pl;aces...i love bannanas they are good but junk food isn't try to avoid junk food because it will go straight to fat your body doesn't need

go out all night and drink beer and then on your way home go to white castle and grub out and wash it all down with a milkshake. If you eat before you go to bed (alot) you wont be moving around to burn it off so, logically (im not a doctor or anything), you would gain weight wouldnt you?
