i've always bin worried about how i look and how fat i look alot of people i know ssay im not fat but i dont believe them and i will be watching t.v and see all the really sinnk girls and try to get as skinny as them but it never works does any one have any tips

Those women you see on TV are almost always what doctors would call unhealthy.

Do a BMI on yourself - it's a rough guess as to how much you should way given your height, and there's a range. If your BMI is within the healthy range, then you're just fine and those cocaine-addict anorexic models can go suck eggs.

I always think that fat girls are sexy. I mean even if you're not fat but just plump. Because skinny girls look sick. Fat girls have nice beautiful legs and warm by nature. But if you wish to look thinner try this:

1) Eat lesser portion
2) Do not eat after 630pm
3) Eat less meat and more veg. A serving of meat daily and not
more.
4) Don't eat till full, level should be just nice
5) Walk regularly (long distance preferred)
6) Exercise such as stretching

To note that you can eat less portion and more intervals for a start. Then slowly cut down. It is not a easy task because I ever help someone lose weight before and you need to be commited but not untill go hospital.

The first thing you need to do is focus on yourself. Don't worry about what anyone else looks like. If you need to make changes, do so in a healthy way, - it may take a little longer, but it sure is worth it because then it will be a lifetime change. Besides, those really skinny girls on tv are so discusting looking. They look like they should've died along time ago. They have no shape to their bodies, no curves, they are just board straight and sunken in looking. A woman who looks classy and very nice is one who has some weight on her and has curves!!! Well good luck to you and remember - Look at the beautiful girl in the mirror!!!

If you are concerned about you weight the first thing you should do it get a complete physical.. Your doctor can tell you what is nutritious and healthy for you to follow to maintain or have weight loss. If you are freeking about your weight, you may have an eating disorder and should seek medical help emediately! Good luck.

I have a tip for you....don't try to be them. Be you. Be the best you that you can be. And leave the unhealthy skeleton-looking people you see on TV right where they are...in dreamland.

listen... i bet your not fat at ALL okay , i know what ur going through those girls on TV. are stupid and its whats in the inside that helps and would YOURREAL friends ever lie to you ?? ask your self that youll be fine i okay......;)
