try a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol with water then dry with a towel

because of the alcohol it will degrease and dry fast

any powder will stick to the oil and make your hair look chalky or dusty

i've always heard that you can use baby powder and it soaks up the oil, but it never worked good for me. it only takes a few minutes to wash your hair in the sink. i have really oily skin and have to do this sometimes when i'm in a hurry and don't have time to shower.
