I don't think it's illegal for you to SEE each other, but I'm guessing it's probably illegal for you to be having sex, though consent laws vary from state to state.

Another point you might want to consider. How do your parents feel about him and the two of you together? If they are not happy with it, your jailbait and he's in a lot of trouble!
I do not want to nag but, it really concerns me about how old you are and so much life to happen ahead of you. If you can both wait, it will really be worth the wait and it will show you just how much he really cares.

Theres nothing illegal in you seeing each other.

Depending on local laws it maybe illegal for you to have sex.

EDIT: IT you are waiting until marriage why do you need to know the legal age for sex. It will be the same as marriage

Much to my dismay as a parent, I found out that in Canada, it's just fine! As long as you consent, you're legal at 14 here. So basically it's easy to rape a 14yr old, because the offender just has to claim "consent" and the guy is in no trouble what so ever....

Age of consent depends on the state.

call the courthouse for mariage age requirements. as for having a relationship, statutory rape may be a factor. some states have age requirments of 15, others 18. since you are under 18, it is a goods possibility statutory rape applies if he's eighteen or older and you are under 18.

so you are 15 and he is 18, if you are sexually active, and depending on what state you are in, he could be some pretty serious trouble. I suggest, you both cool it until you are 18!!! Otherwise you are jail bait for him, is it worth him going to jail?

In the US, it depends on which state you're in. Here is a map. If you are not of legal age and have sex, he can be charged with statutory rape.

its not against the law to date eachother, but do not do anything that has to do with sex, because thats when he would get in trouble, just what till you are 18, you are then an adult and you can be with him that way.

If you aren't careful you'll be another 17 year old with a baby, no husband and no future.
