Are you sure he likes you still? You can't go back out with him if hes over you and doesnt like you. And i wouldn't jump into getting back with him as soon as he broke up with his girlfriend... kinda insensitive and selfish of you..

Call him up and just talk to him about it. See what he thinks about the situation. Or ask if he would want to hang out, just something casual. But remember you broke up for a reason. Maybe you just aren't ment to be. Whatever it is, good luck ,and I hope everything works out for the best!!

from how you wrote ur question...maybe u shouldn't yell to scare him off...and point number two, find out if he even likes you back...if he dont want you, and he just broke up with some chick, most likely unless he just wants to get in ur pants, he doesnt want u back
