I don't understand your issue.
I mean, she's close to "stalking" you, but you haven't really been specific about that. All you said was she talks too much about annoying sh**.
Also, you say she's hot, but you somehow aren't feeling it where you need to be feeling it, (hey, just keepin' it real).
So, what's the problem?
If you take her out even though you're not attracted to her but you say she's hot, doesn't that mean you're really attracted to her and you're looking for a one night stand or does that mean she's hot in your peer's standards and you don't want to look stupid by turning down her advances to your friends?
If she's annoying, who cares about her body?! In a one night stand, she's gonna be annoying you all during that time and may even call you and "stalk" you afterwards. Why don't you take that one other respondent's advice and drop her like hot potatoes and don't lead her on. It's amazing how ignoring a person can be so effective. Just don't give her any of your precious attention.
Is there another girl you fancy? If there is (I hope...), then go up to that girl and ask her out, particularly in front of psycho chick, then you'd be ruffling some feathers and hopefully getting the message across to her.

You answered your own question. If she is annoying and stalking, why do you not tell her to bug off. What does a killer body, cute face, your age and a professional have to do with annoying. and stalking you. If you did not want her doing this, you could stop it.

well, ummmm tell her to get a life! looks arent important enough that you need to keep her stalking actions to work! let her know shes hot, but she comes on too strong and your just not interested. let her kno what she would be a great date if she was more compatible with you and if she'd be a lil bit of a mystery instead of all out there in the open saying HEY LOOK AT ME!! tell her she just is too in your face.. dont even think about doing her just cuz shes hot!!! back off and tell her to do the same!

Be kind to yourself and to her and tell her that you are just not interested in pursing a relationship with her. Give her the benefit of the doubt in your mind that she will take heed your honesty and move on.
One thought is that possibly she is nervous around you because she really cares for you and that is the reason for the "non-stop" talking. Good luck.

There's really nothing you can do at this point. Just because she has all the physical attributes that would attract anybody, something about her just doesn't appeal to you. It doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with you, everybody has their preference. And your preference is that you don't like annoying, stalking, talkative women. :)

Well that's cool that she is but you would only be leading her on and decieving her if you gave in to her. She seems to have no personality, not that I'm judging her, and it's just wasting your time if you date her. If you're the type of guy that is ruled by your 'second head', then date her, but if you deny her you could find someone that has more in common with you and you can have actual conversations.

Why waste your time, looks can fade and will not buy you happiness. You need to dig deep & find yourself. There is more to life then good bodies, move on and find that special girl that you find fascinating, intelligent, loving. The one that when you think of her, you smile.

Remember, just because it's wrapped in a pretty package, doesn't mean it's pretty inside.
Those thoughts you're having about her are called, "Red Flags" which means...go the opposite way as fast as you can..stay away from her.

Just because someone is hott and you don't date her doesn't make this situation "weird".
To tell you the truth, that's why I think "hott looking couples" are the ones that don't stay together long because they are just into the looks and not the personality.
Let me guess, she's white, and a blonde ... Typical.
Don't base your likings just on looks, base them on personality as well.
