A woman enters a resteraunt and asks for a cup of water the waiter pulls out a gun and aims it at the woman the woman now has a big grin on her face and says to the guy with the gun "Thank You." Why does she smile and say thank you? p.s. its not because she wants to die

She is on fire. The gun is a water pistol. Or she is from a country where "cup" means gun and "water" means "point the gun at me and I will smile." Probably the second answer is the one since I am from the country where those things she said mean the things she meant.

its because she had the hiccups and once he pulled out the gone he scared the women and the hiccups where gone.the part where you said she didnt want to die and she wanted a glass of water when the waiter pulls out the gun was a good hint

When you scare someone with the hiccups, they stop having the hiccups, and the gun scared her.
