First you should breathe, get away from the situation and cool down for awhile. Go for a walk until you feel calm enought to talk and not fight. This will also give her time to calm down and think about why she's really mad at you. It may just be that she's frustrated about something else and unfairly taking it out on you. Ask her to talk to you about how she feels but make a clear stand that you don't want to fight. If she respects you enough than she will listen to you and compromise with you. But you also need to ask yourself if you are compromising. If not it may be why she gets so mad. Take a step back and try to see it from her point of view. If she is making you mad or nervous tell her so and then tell her you need time by yourself to calm down. Don't just walk out and leave her there. She will only get madder at you. Explain to her how you are feeling so that while you are gone she can think about it instead of dreaming up reasons why you just ran out the door. The major thing is to talk calmly with each other and try to work things out peacefully. Hope you get everything worked out.

You and her need to realize that you two are not meant to be together, if all you do is have bad arguments all the time. This is not a good relationship. A good relationship makes you feel good, not be mad, nervous and fight. Both need to move on and except that this is not going to work out.

Just do something to relax, take a shower, or listen to music. There's an old saying that says that couples who argue a lot it's because they care about each other. If you two really like each other you'll find a way to work it out. Although most guys don't like to do it you have to apologize to her, and make her happy.

Think about the good times you both have together. If you can't think of anything good, then maybe this relationship isn't going to last. Too much arguing in a relationship isn't really very healthy.

Keep yourself busy to take your mind off the fight. Take a hot bath with a glass of wine. A benadrly has a bit of an anti-anxiety effect. Maybe you could work on stopping the fight before it starts or at least before it gets out of hand.

You need to focus on something calm and breathe slowly through your nose, (mouth closed) then exhale through your mouth. Do this a few times and try to relax.
