i'm on a diet to get a flat- looking belly and well it was going pretty well until i went to one of my cousin's parties ,it was her birthday and all so i wanted to just let free and not care what i eat for that day...well i ate a big piece of chocolate cake some chips and dip...and hehe 3 bananas!! which was like 30 minutes ago...i totally regret it...i justneed to lose like 5 pounds and my family members said that i looked much slimer..that means my diet its working and i do crunches at night time but what do i do to get rid of all i ate today!! i feel horribe...plz help....

Well when u go to a party like that have a plan and stick to it. dont go over what u want to eat. and make sure ur eating cuz ur hungry not just cuz it looks good. keep up the good work!

The best diets are the ones that allow for some flexability. Instead of banning, say, chocolate chip cookies, you just limit yourself to 1 per week. That way you can reward yourself or fight a craving.. The trick is to be "good" 80% of the time, that way you have the 20% of the time for birthday parties or thanksgiving dinners, without feeling guilty.

You must not feel bad for overeating at a party.
That is logical. If you really don't want to break a diet plan please don't go to parties.
But as you just did, just start tomorrow as if you never overate a few hours ago. Continue with your diet as if nothing happens. Feeling guilty will not help you.

DONT worry about it today dear, jog in the morning and skip breakfast have a normal lunch like a ham sandwitch on dark bread with some fruit 2 snacks fruit and yogurt and a light dinner like canned tuna, corn,and some beans

there is nothing you can do to get rid of what you ate today. but most important thing is that you just dont continue to do it. keep up the good work, dont let 1 day ruin it for you...its not the end of the world!

As long as you're exercising you burn the calories that you are consuming...you are still losing weight. You just need to burn more calories than you're eating. Eat and still exercise and you win both ways.
