I really like this guy and i flirt with him all the time but no luck yet. How can i get him to ask me out?

well what i have to say is STOP waiting for him to ask you out if your nervous and dont want to ask him out, THEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING IN COMEN WITH HIM!! guys are scared of rejection just as much as you probally are. so put on your best clothes, have a good aditued and ask him out!!

My question to you isss, Why are you waiting?. Why not ask him out. In today's age there is no longer the thinking that it's only a guy who can to do the asking. All you really need to do figure out is the best way to do it.

Two possibilities: Either ask him out yourself, or else get one of your mutual friends to "casually" let him know that you'd LOVE it if he asked you out.
