seriously, you only live once, go and eat that other pizza??!? it's only guna get stale sitting in the fridge - ending up as bird food next morning! Look at the italians, their all fit and healthy from eating pizzas! EAT IT!!! it will make you happier trust me.

If you're going through a tough time try this.

LOOK in the mirror and shout "I LOVE YOU!!" at your reflection, then beam a nice big smile and think how lucky you are to be a human being and have the things you have at the moment, "well i dont know what your status is but lets say you have a fiancee and kids w/e, say " I AM HAPPY TO LIVE MY LIFE!!!!"

you CANT live life in the future or the past, you can't change either of those, all you can change is the present and how your outlook on life is now! Seriously, just be happy eAT THE FRIGIN PIZZA!! lol i can't think of anything else to say, but i think you're just being plain silly! *poke" EAT THE PIZZAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D::D:D:D:D:D::D:

Dont let depression get the better of you.

Your diet has a lot to do with depression. Pizza is the worst thing you can eat. You look like a nice girl, so Im not surprised your depressed.

Concentrate on only having three meals a day and having nothing to eat for at least 5 hours between meals. Eat as little carbohydrate as you can, (only wrap type bread, mountain bread if you have that where you come from, no potatoes, frys, pumpkin) have a large or medium meal in the morning a medium meal at lunch (if you have had a big meal at breakfast) and a small meal at night (like a bowl of yogurt with some fruit). Drink a lot of water no more than two litres and avoid diet drinks (they can cause depression because they effect seratonin an important brain chemical).

If you are thinking of topping yourself it may just be that you need to escape from your current situation. Take a holiday if you can or change jobs. I've been there, I know how it feels, it sucks.

But most important of all, get up and do something. Don't sit around and let things get to you.

Um, excuse me for a minute, what kind of pizza are we talking about here? Girlfriend, ALL of us has "killed" a pizza at some time or another. I love em myself! But do remember that a moment on the lips, is hell on the hips! So Girl, do what you've gotta do, but for goodness sake..............please make sure your running shoes are comfy, and your fitness routine will be covered by you personally for the next 7 days. I'm not kidding, if you eat the whole pizza you WILL have to work your buttocks off to compensate. I say F!!!! that !!!!!!! Abstain, or regain at the gym. You have control over you, so what kind of control do... YOU have?

Come on! You look like a cutie pie, can write really witty questions and I can't believe you don't have a lot going on that is good.....How about putting on some upbeat music you enjoy and singing along for a couple of hours? That will give your mouth something to do and take your brain away from the glums of the moment.....

preoccupy yourself with doing things you really enjoy. Watch a movie, go out for a walk. Scrapbook. Anything to preoccupy your mind from whats going on thats tough and your need to eat. Its good that you recognize the fact that you eat during tough times - thats one step towards 'recovery'. It is tough getting out there and doing things you enjoy when your depressed and going through hard times. PUSH YOURSELF!!! In the end, once you are doing it, you'll be okay and enjoy yourself.

Maybe you could get on the treadmill for about an hour and throw the pizza in the garbage disposal.

Talk to someone, maybe a social worker or a counselor. Not your friends, they know you to well. You need professional help. There is nothing wrong with that. Keep the faith and pray to God for help.
