Funny I asked my hair dresser this same question a few days ago after going from brunette to platinum blonde! She told me that there are several vitamins on the market for hair & nail growth, but suggested prenatal vitamins. I was a little weirded out because I'm only 21 and I didn't want my parents to find them and think anything was up, but I've looked into it and asked several people and it really works. I started taking them today.

Actually, get it trimmed regularly. You don't have to take off a lot of length, maybe an inch or so every 3 months. Also, don't forget to take your vitamins (any multi-vitamin will do; Centrum, women's One-A-Day) & keep your hair up in an upsweep or bun like your Avatar photo. Don't expect long hair overnight, but with all of this, you'll notice a difference.

GNC has vitamins- I think it's called 'pretty hair and nails'. They're really great and makes your hair/nails/skin look a lot healthier...Not to mention it makes your hair grow like crazy! You can buy similar (less expensive) products at the grocery store. I just had to stop taking them because I'm sick of having to keep cutting and coloring my hair all the time!
