Go to your local library they will probably have a complete set of your states laws. Or you could call your local police department and ask them.
But I am betting a police officer does not need parental consent to questoina minor in a crimianl investigation.

It is a federal law that police have to have parental consent before questioning a minor, but they can bring them in without consent.

if the police do so, they are in violation of the minor's civil rights. they cannot question anyone without the consent of a parent, if a minor, and without a miranda warning being given to whoever is being questiuoned as a suspect in a criminal case. also, even if they just want to question you about a crime, you are under no obligation to answer if you so choose, and they can not do anything to you for not answering. you have the rightr to have an attorney present at ALL times if the authorities wamnt you to answer questions, but you don't have to give any answer at all if you choose not to. your lawyer knows that, and all you have to say is this interview is over, and, unless they place you under arrest, you can walk out and they cannot stop you.
they can, and will lie to you to get you to talkj to them, and it is perfectly legal for them to do so. but you are under no obligation to answer them, unless you choose to, and you must be allowed to contact, meet with, and have present your attorney while being questioned, regardless of the reason for questioning.
