Oh my this is funny. I'm not sure God could be placed under human jurisdiction. The only way would be to keep him out of your mind, or... actually I don't know. It'll be hard to detain the supreme being of the universe.

Who told you that God is always watching you? If you don't want God in your life then keep being the jerk you are. You have free will, so move on. However, I would be careful wishing for things like this. I hope you never need him... Good luck!
