I also want to incorperate fruits, and not a continual diet until then, just until I lost the flab. I have a very small frame, so the amount of fat I have on me now just looks odd. I'm a size 3 and I want to get back into my size 1 jeans.

Hmmm. Well It worked for me, but it might not work for everyone. All I drank was water, but remember you have to eat solid food too or you will become malnourished.

I had a co-worker that did the liquid diet for about 2 weeks and was successful in losing some pounds. Make protein shakes in addition to the fruits and veggies so that you can have balanced diet.

It's not about whether it's liquid or solid but about caloric intake. You could find liquids that could cause you to gain weight as well. Eat healthy, get plenty of protein, fruits and vegetables and get exercise. Take care of yourself, strive to be happy.

try yoga and Pilate's. You don't need to lose any weight, you just need to tone and firm your body. But even then, you can't do that overnight you know it takes time.
