What are we fighting for?

Because people whose business is war have a lot of influence in our governments. They want more profits so they push war as the answer. For these very powerful people, war = money, and money = power. And power allows them to make more war. Its a terrible cycle!

It is a flaw in all of us humans. Even the meekest person in the world gets into an argument and small fights.

A little bit complicated. Basically, we fight because we're compelled that we must to resolve our disputes. If we would choose instead to use nonviolent civil disobedience to resolve our disputes, we might never need to draw blood.

Also, corporations use the media to convince us that waging war on an inhuman enemy is the only way to protect our children from terrorists. It's crap, but they love that story because it sells a lot of soap. And pharmaceuticals.
