Get the Echinacea + Vitamin C combo pills from the supplements section of a store (that way you don't have to take an Echinacea pill and then a vitamin c one). Also grab some SUBLINGUAL B12 pills. The sublingual ones are absorbed more than the ones you just take. Works wonderfully. That's about all you really need.

I would suggest any multivitamin that has 100
% vitamin needs and take any form of omega 3 you feel comfortable with. If you have an extra weak immune system get some extra vitamin C everyday, too much vitamin C won't hurt your body will send extra out in your urine.

Taking a multivitamin everyday helps strengthen your immune system.
When you start to get symptoms of a cold, take a lot of Vitamin C. You can take over the counter vitamin C pills, and drink a lot of orange juice.
Also, a generic form of Claritin is what I take when I have a cold. I know it's for allergies, but it works so good for me, and I don't get drowsy.

Vitamin C could help. Take it as directed on the bottle.
They also recommend taking Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps boost your immune system. Take as directed on bottle.
I take extra Vitamin C and E during cold and flu season and I seem to get less colds. I use "Nature Made".
Also washing your hands frequently helps.

Airborne, and zinc will help the most. The best thing you should do is practice really good hand washing and use hand sanitizer a lot, especially before and after you eat. This will help prevent getting sick better than supplementing alone will. Feel better, and good luck.

AIRBORNE (WALBORNE @ walgreens for 2 bucks less)
vitamin/mineral/herb supplement specifically for boosting the immune system.
I have taken this stuff & it worked, but I have never been ill in the manner you describe, either.
Good Health!
