I have a boyfriend and we've been together for almost 3 years now... i care about him a lot and i love him and i hate seeing him hurt but a couple months i met a guy at my job. When i first met him for the first time i did not flirt at all ( which i usually do ) i was just myself and we became pretty close but he didnt know i had a boyfriend...we kissed, went out, talked on the phone until it got to me that i had to tell him my friend was disappointed but yet able to understand me because of the situation my boyfriend and i have that we dont see each other and my parents dont like him so now im in between letting my boyfriend go because i dont deserve him or staying with him...all im scared of is how heart broken he will be because hes a great guy that has done nothing to harm me just love me but maybe hes not the one for me or maybe he is...?

I think you should be honest with your bf, if he truly loves you as you say, he deserves an explanation of what is happening to you. If you care for him, be careful what you are doing, you could be throwing 3 years and a real nice guy, for the unknown. If you think that this new guy is the one you for you, give yourself some time before you make a commitment...Your feeling have been for so long for someone else.. But do tell your bf, what is going on, you do owe him this much.. Good Luck,

Sounds like you can't make up your mind so you are probably not ready for a commitment now. Just take your time, let each guy know that you don't want to be in a commited relationship now. If they stick around, enjoy the company if not, move on.

Whoa! Well, in my opinion you need to put things into perspective and think what would you do if your boyfriend had done the same thing. Would you forgive him? Would you dump him? Another thing, the one who determines whether or not you "deserve" to be with your boyfriend is him (when he finds out, if he ever does). Finally, as crass as it may sound, when there's TRUE love there's no space for infidelity...just think about it. Good luck!

well if you like the other guy better you should go out with him but tell your boyfriend that you still want to be really good friends because u think he is funny and smart but you just want to try out someone new to see if there is something better out there for you.

the guy at your office is just a infactuation or a passaby.. if u really love ur boyfriend candy u shouldn't worry about wut people say or do, and maybe he's in a bad patch.. i'd say u need to stick wid him try to get eachother up.. its no harm being friends wid ur pal at d office... u'll never get d right person in life, its all about compromise.. tc

Its up to you to decide who you want or what you want. Its not fair on either of you to stay with your bf if you dont love him or want to be with him, yeah it will hurt him but he will get over it and move on with time.
