You are young and don't have to rush anything. He is probably nervous and just starting his dating skills. Don't rush anything and just let things go as usual. You can continue smiling at him and say something. You don't ask someone out as soon as you see them. First you get to know each other as friends. Just like you talk to your girl friends. Say hello and ask about a school subject or some special event going on at school. good luck and don't rush

All relationships begin with the relationship you develop with yourself. Learn to love yourself, to accept yourself as the truly great and wonderful person you really are. Understand yourself. If you can truly do this, then meeting others, getting along with others, dealing with others becomes easy. You opinion of you is the only opinion that matters...and you know you always do your best. If you really know how great you are, what difference does it make how your approach may be received. If you go up to a guy and he tells you to buzz off, it merely demonstrates how unaware he is of your superior qualities. But if you truly love yourself, he will respond to your self-confidence. Believe me, it truly works this way. Look at the people you truly admire and I'll bet it's because they feel comfortable with themselves. You can do it. Simply acknowledge that you are great. You really are, you know.

Don't let the fear of rejection stop you from doing anything in your life---people do fail--it's a fact of life---how you handle it is your problem---just say shucks, and move on. You have to lose the drama queen thing--just smile and say hello. How do men do it??? Mature men can do anything--it's the immature ones that screw up constantly

I feel so pity on you. No matter how old, how pretty/ugly are you, you need to communicate with each other. Please aware of male body language and this is the first key to observe the people. Of course! Everybody is different and circumstance is also differerent. I hope my answer is wrong and please don't get angry to me. I just want to help you. As is! Good Luck!

He may be shy and wondering if you like him too. Try to talk to him. Try to make it clear that you are attracted to him and see where it goes.
