Im on a diet but am hungry. its 9:14 right now at night. What are some non fat foods i can make/eat?

FRUIT, WATER, VEGGIES (my favorite Green Tea- helps fill you up, and burn callories). or my second favorite some nice good gorme coffee from boca java!

Drink at least 8 ounces of ice cold water...more if you can. The volume will help fill up your stomach.

Low fat chicken broth is also a good hunger killer (always keep some in the pantry!). Fruits and vegtables are non-fat and low in calories...fresh or frozen it doesn't matter! Pickles are awesome at stopping those hunger pains.

Brush your teeth...that clean feeling will also keep you from wanting to eat.

Looking for a snack? Try this if you have a sweet tooth.

Carmel Style Pop Corn

2 cups plain popped pop corn.
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar

Place water and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil --stirring occassionally . Bring to soft ball ( candy ) stage. You can check this by taking a small drop and putting it in cold water . If it forms a soft ball its done .

Pour this mixture over the popcorn and mix it up.

A apple basicaly any fruits or vegies, crackers, and yogurt. Hope it helps!

Fruits.... the best ..... Try the ones wth fiber and don't forget grapes.. you will not aad any weight with this
