True beauty is what is seen from within. It can be seen on the outdside in a person who is truly beautiful on the inside. It will touch people around them, people they do not even know.

I agree with kcs, it's not what your hair looks like - true beauty is an attitude, and it's also how well you spell, write, and express yourself to others in your own language. Do you want to know what 'true ugliness' is? True ugliness is the attitude one has if s/he never listens to others, when they offer corrections, since that person "doesn't care."

I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I also think everybody can be beautiful if they try to be. Dress nicely, get a haircut that suits you, exercise, ect.
Confidence also makes a person more beautiful. Something about it just radiates through a person.
