A 16-year-old boy was driving a moped down a one-way street in the wrong direction. A policeman stopped him and gave him a ticket. The policeman paid the ticket himself. What is a logical explanation for this?

Obviously the polceman was a complete idiot and found out that the boy was driving down the street in the right direction and saw that he was driving down the street in the wrong direction after all and so he paid the ticket himself.

It could be that the policeman is the boy's father.

It coulds also be that the policeman was the man who commited mistake and not the boy.

obviously the 16 yr old boy is the policemens gay lover and when he gave him the ticket the boy threatened to tell everyone about their gay love affairs so he paid the ticket himself...
