The best thing I've found is to focus on what you desire and give no energy, thoughts or attention to what you are unhappy about. Put on music you love that is happy and uplifting. Watch funny movies or comics. Play with children or pets. Get out into the sunshine and do something you enjoy. All of these help.

I now know that I was depressed for years but since it was "normal" for me I didn't even know I was. There is an all-natural herbal product I highly recommend. Instead of treating the systems it helps you heal so that you naturally feel better. You can get information about it at the link in the source box.

On days when I just didn't feel up to doing much I noticed an immediate change within fifteen minutes after taking it only once. When I finally took it three times a day as directed it made a huge difference. You may find yourself singing even when you are down with the flu!

I have actually bought some for two different friends and plan to send some to others I know. Many people are depressed because they don't feel perfect enough; others because of the preponderance of negative programming on television, radio, and in the news.

Focus on what you desire and know that it is possible for you and it will totally change your life.

I was on antidepressants for years, they didn't make happy pills for the level of mental sickness I got. I've tried many. With a combination of medication and therapy after three years of clinical depression I've got to a place where I can function. Music is probably my favorite anti-depressants, because without it I'd probably not be here today.

We had a murder in my family and many members had to be on antidepressants for a while. I think Paxil made people too sleepy. I think prozac worked better for more people. Less side effects.

Zoloft. I like the commercial with the little bubble-guy who doesn't have any friends because his brain doesn't work right, but then he takes Zoloft and has lots of friends.
