She is a Wiccan and she said theres this entity in her house hauting her. Any tips on how to get it out so she could relax??

She's obviously inexperienced with Wicca if she doesn't know how to keep unwanted entities away. Tell her to ground and shield both herself and her house.
There are many ways to ground. My personal favorite is to sit comfortably and meditate on my breathing until I become relaxed. Then, I imagine a stream of purple-pinkish light coming up from the earth's molten core. I imagine the stream of light entering through my tailbone, up my spine, and slowly filling my body with it's light - head to toe, and everything in between.
There are also many ways to shield. I would recommend she take a purifying bath by putting about 1/4 of a cup of sea salt in the bath water. She should stay in the bath for at least thirty minutes so the salt can effectively do away with any negative energy. After the bath, she needs to put on some clean (laundered), comfortable clothes. Tell her to smudge the whole living area. She may even want to cast circle and call upon her Gods and Goddesses to help out. Unless she cast circle around the whole living area, she needs to release it before she does anything else.
She needs to sit in the middle of her living area and meditate on her personal energy. She should then visualize a ball of shielding energy between her palms. That energy needs to expand around her to encase her in safety. Then do the same thing again, only make this ball of energy expand beyond the first one and into every crevice of the living area, even the outside. If she wants, she can go about the living area and smooth her hands over the walls and ceilings to make sure she got everything shielded.
Everything should be fine after that. But tell her it would be wise to ground and shield herself everyday so stuff like this doesn't happen.

I would think that a witch should know how to handle spirits. I have two solutions:
1. She become a better or a more advanced witch so that she can effectively deal with her spirit problem.
Or
Because she probably does not and will not ever attain the necessary spiritual authority needed for her dealings in the underworld.
2. She can convert to Christianity, as in mindset, and fast and pray and ask God to remove the wicked spirits out of her house.
I think if she is sincere, then solution #2 will work faster than #1.

First of all, you need to ask yourself how you believe? Do you believe in God? If so, you have no business even associating wih a person who believes this way! You have to realize that Wicca is a form of witchcraft. Don't be deceived. They may say that they worship "Mother Earth, but you in a grave danger anytime that you are worshipping something or someone other than God the Father. "You shall worship the Lord thy God and Him only shall you serve"-Matthew 4:10. My suggestion to you is that if you believe in God and Jesus is the Son of God, you should find yourself being far away from these false teachings because they are of the devil. It is just an attempt to lead people away from the true message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the saving power that lies within it. Dealing with the occult, and that is what Wicca is, is a very serious matter. You are going to have to declare that presence to leave in Jesus' name. They have to flee at that name. The Bible states that in Jesus' name we have the authority to make the devil and his evil spirits flee. It is up to you to believe and use that authority in Jesus' name. I hope this answered your question from a biblical standpoint.

Get a Reiki Master or Buddhist Priest in that house to feed the hungry ghost and let it go to cross into the other side.

Messing around with Wicca is just asking for trouble. Witchcraft is real and it invokes the powers of darkness. It may appear harmless at first but the more one gets into it the more harmful it becomes. Satan doesn't joke around. He'll deceive you then he'll crush you with no pity at all.
Jesus Christ is the only answer. He cast out several demons in His day and He's still in the business today. Reach out to Him.

It was probably there before she was. Better to strike up a dialogue with it than try and drive out something that sees itself as the rightful owner of the house.

If she is Wiccan I'm surprised she hasn't been able to exorcise it herself. Is she in a coven? Has she consulted them? Has she tried a cleansing spell?

Tell her to get born agian and dedicate her life & ways to Jesus
Christ and peace joy and happiness will be available to her.
All demons , entities and powers are subject to the name of Jesus without exception.They have no power unless you allow it.
