I would have to say Job, who didn't let any material attraction get in the way of his devotion to God. Job is to me the most inspirational person on the Old Testament because he was the most humble. Of course I'm no scholar when it comes to this stuff, so I'd be happy to let the best answer go to someone more knowledgeable.

The most humble or the humblest? Abraham because he trusted God to the point of almost sacrificing his son but Job WAS humbled and yet did not curse God.

Whoever it was that tied his a s s to a tree and walked ten miles had to be pretty humble in my book.
