sometimes.
i have a friend and hes a guy. he cares about me but i know he doesnt like me

you probably want to hear the answer yes, but i can't say yes. I know a couple guys who do care about me but i know don't like me. I know a couple other guys who care about me but am not sure if they like me. It's different for everyone. good luck with you situation.
