To literaly right click, you will need a mouse that supports right clicking. ALMOST any "normal" USB mouse, trackpad, track ball, whatever, will work. On my Macbook Pro, I use a Logitech G5 mouse.
There are two ways to do the equivalent of a right click with a Mac laptop:
1) Hold the ctrl key and then click on the item.
2) You can turn on a "two finger" click on your Mac by going to Apple Menu->System Preferences->Keyboard & Mouse->Place two fingers ... secondary click. This function is also equivalent to a right click.

Ctrl-click, and this is going to furnish you with a diverse menu in accordance to what you're clicking. you may also get a mouse with 2 or extra buttons for the Mac, btw. merely about all USB mice with 2 buttons and scroll wheel will artwork on a Mac. I placed a link right here for a trackball mouse merely to furnish you a concept.

Hey there,
Hum? You can't. It only has one button to click. There is no such thing as right and left click.
maybe alt+click
