I was in a relationship and we had our first kiss on the 6th date which was about a month and a half into the relationship.
We only saw eachother once a week or once every 10 days.
We did want to kiss by the 2nd date but we didn't know if it was serious or not. Waiting was worth it.
Five months is not a long time, in my opinion. The longer you wait, the more pleasurable it will be :)

Yes, five months is a bit excessive. It's ok to not kiss on the first date, or even the second, but a first kiss in a relationship should happen fairly early on. If you've gone five months without a kiss, you need to re-examine the situation because it sounds more like a friendship than a romantic relationship.

Depends on the ages of the people involved, but, yes, sounds like a very ridiculouis length of time to wait for a first kiss.

If you respect each other, you can wait a year.

Your relationship should NOT be dependent on swapping bodily fluids. Dogs require things like that, human beings are supposed to be more developed having better hearts and minds to love deeper, and understand farther. If its dependent on swapping fluids, and dies without them, then all you got is the same thing chipmunks, sharks, and flies have, and what you DON'T have is the best of what human relationships have to offer.

Depends on how old you are - and what you want out of life. A good foundation for a loving relationship is knowing and liking each other before the sexual stuff.

depends how much time you spend with each other, and what kind of relationship it is . Is it a one sided relationship? Is it a friendship relationship? Or is it a I want to get married relationship for both parties involved?

wow that sucks. Id talk to your significant other about it though. Maybe she's just emotional scared or messed up.

But yeah you should at least try and kiss her, if she's that much of a prude without a really good reason then she's not worth your time.

A "good" relationship has to have that certain mix of emotional and physical.
If there's absolutely no physical attraction, it is scientifically PROVEN that the relationship won't last.
NATURE makes it towhere, if we're not at all phisically attracted to a person, we won't want to spend the rest of our lives/the next 6 months with them!

Summary:
KISS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
