if a guy/girl gets rejected and starts crying would you think that the person has a bad history of relationships or rejections?

Or would you think something different

That's overly sensitive, or psychotic. There are plenty of fish in the sea. No need to cry over one that doesn't like you.

It depends on the situation, I suppose. I've seen it happen with some friends and in some cases, they weren't being 'overly sensitive'. Some people are misleading and that causes the other person to believe that they have something that isn't real. I also agree that the person could have a bad history with relationships/rejections.

I would think that they must have really like/love that person. I wouldn't say that they are overly sensitive they just care alot.
