hate the Jews? I am not trying to be sarcastic I really want to know. And if so do they teach this in the Quran?

That's not true.We hate the jews that are killing the palestinians.
In the Quran say we must protect the synagogues.
To the first answerer,Muhammad is tried to be poison but he knew that the Jewish girl is giving him poison so he didn't ate the lamb that was given by the Jewish Girl.

I don't think all the muslim hate the jews and I also think not all the jews love the muslim too. In this part of the world, muslim don't hate the jews. It is something to do with history, like the nazi and I guess the jews hate them. It depends on where you are living. If you're living in this part of the world and hate the jews then you'll be considered a sick person. Like a fanatic or something because they have got nothing to do with us. Why don't we hate japen since they did so much wrong to us. Simple we are more educated and we understand that war makes people do stuff like that. But do they do it to us now. No, because we are not at war. No holy book teaches bad things and all holy book only teaches the good stuff.

The Quran does have a verse which says that most of the Jews will never agree with Islam, but in general, Muslims are to treat all believers with respect - and Christians and Jews are believers, as ahul kitab. I've never met a Muslim who hates Jews in general, but I've met plenty who hate Zionists. Are all Jews Zionist?

I think it is because if the conflict between arabs and jews.
In the Quran , God tells us to be good to the people of the book, also to let them practice their believes and to protect the churchs and synagogs .Also to talk to them in a nice way about religion.
That's why in the golden ages of Islam, while europe was in dark ages, many people embrace Islam, the religion of peace, the religion from God the creator., I think never the jews lived in peace and joy and security, only when they were under muslim empire.
The Quran is from God, God is not asking us to hate the jews, but to hate the disbelivers or people which attack Islam and muslims. The prophet didn't fight nobody, until they chased him and killed his followers and tortured them and their famillies. at that time God ordered to fight the disbelievers the oppressors. but anytime a disbeliever embrace Islam, muslims made him a brother. this religion is peace. but the enemies of Islam and followers of satan try to destroy it and make propagandas against it, but they will never succeed, because God will protect it.

Muhammad respected the Jews, and his early teachings appeared to borrow from Jewish tradition.
Islam there is no place for intolerance, prejudice, or bigotry based on color, race, nationality or any such considerations. This all-encompassing tolerance of Islam applies to all elements of life and all affairs of Muslims.

The Muslims do not hate the Jews, Palestinian Arabs hate the Jews because the Jews oppress them. Simple as that.
As far as Jews and the Qur'an, the stories and events in the Quran carry great meaning and are items for reflection and spiritual growth. The Jews, it is said in the Qur'an, were greatly blessed by the Lord. They had the most Prophets for guidance, and were sent great miracles and assistance through their hard times. They were the same people who have tried to murder or attack nearly all of the prophets and messengers that were sent to them. They challenged Moses to make his God show himself, and when the sky was raining manna and quails they complained for herbs and vegetables. When he came down from the mountain he found them praying to a golden calf! They insulted Mary and called her a whore, her son a bastard! They tryed to have Jesus killed!
But Muslims hate Jesus by calling him a holy prophet and showering his name with blessings and praise.
I think the Jews have just done a good job of spinning their own history.

Do you remember Ishmael, Abraham's son by Sarah's maid. After Abraham's son Issac was born, Abraham made Ishmael and his mother leave the camp Abraham and Sarah were at.the Jewish faith was started with Abraham. Ishmael was hateful toward Issac. It is believed that the beliefs leading to the Islam faith even though Mohammad was born centuries later. I have no idea what the quran says on the subject.

That war is rooted all the way back to Ishmael and Isaac. Their father was Abraham. The Jews came through Isaac and the Muslims came through Ishmael. They each fight over who was the blesssed of God. Actually, Ishmael was the first born, which usually meant the more blessed. But Christians and Jews believe that Isaac was the son of promise, therefore, blessed.
BTW..kittykat...Christians do NOT hate Jews.

i don't hate jews. the qur'an says to respect christians and jews as they are the people of the book.
if you want a political answer however, its not jews we have a problem with. we just have a problem with people (anybody) oppressing other people. that's all.
