I was slightly interested on this subject when I was a bit younger, now, I've become more interested in Astral Projection.
So, the question is...what do you know about Astral Projection? Have you ever experienced it? If so, what happened? Was it fun? Or scary? Or beyond words? How did you project?

Thank you in advance!

you need to meditate...da deeper you go into meditation the most detached you get from ur physical body...if you r in da vibrational state and yet cannot make it out, then it means you are not relaxed enough...that is why meditation helps, it distinctively separates the mind from the body...ive only astral projected once, after meditation i fell asleep. The i had a lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is a very good technique to astral project. Lucid dreaming is when you know you are actually sleeping while sleeping, that is consciousness in unconscious state...the point whereby you are almost gonna fall asleep...at lucid dreaming, i just stood up, but couldnt, i felt strong gravity pulling me back, i managed to crawl on the floor and dragged myself towards the door. It felt so 'real'. but then i had a doubt whether it my astral body thats doin it or whether im being mental and doin it with my physical body. So to clarify i turned back and was shocked to see my own body lying on the bed. But the second i saw my body, my view changed from my astral body to the physical body on my bed, i realised i was physically conscious again, from that day, ive never been able to astral project lol...the trick is you must meditate and be in that almost unconscious state to project...thx. Nesh.

Astral Projection - happens with a great deal of concentration. My father has experienced this more than I - I believe I have but can't be sure. He and some friends decided to go to the movies - astrally. He got to the movie theater, looked around, and didn't see anyone so he left. When he woke up he friends asked him ' why didn't you go in?'. They saw him there, even though they were all there through astral projection. And that is all I know right now. I have books - but don't want to get them right now. If you want to talk more about it, feel free to contact me.

Traditional Christians: It's Evil
What I think: It sometimes just happens
What happened to me: I somehow drifted out of my body very, very briefly and saw myself sleeping in my bed. I went through the ceiling and came back up under the covers to my body. I recall seeing the polka dot sheet and feeling suffocated by it as I returned.
What "religion" I am?: I have none. I just believe in God.

The best way is to eat organic foods, love everyone and study what God has created, then listen to the static electricity in your head every morning, as soon as you wake up.

You stole my hair style!! You should not try to do Astral Projection. It is real and can be done. Our government has experiments on a type of this to find people who are taken by terrorist, etc. At least one Saint did it once (it is called bi-locating). And Shaman can do it, but I think they call it something else too. It is not a good practice to mess around with things that you are not properly prepared for and when you do not understand the world into which you will go. Just stay in this one.

I think that at best it's just *lucid dreaming* & at worse it's rubbish.
