YEAH good health and gas. you are just fine girl keep eating healthy! although if you have certain types of breast and lymph node cancers you should avoid certain deep green veggies and beta carotene, so I have heard. I also heard that if you eat these same types of veggies that they help prevent these types of cancers in the first place. I would recommend reading those little prevention magazines they put out for free at the doctor's office. They have a great one on the glycemic index give them a look see. oh yeah i was a vegan for 4 years and i look in my late twenties and the body to match but i am really in my 40's. i still love veggies more than meat any old day and i think it keeps you from having alot of digestive disorders. EAT YOUR VEGGIES GURL!!!!!!

I have never heard of any. I don't think anything could be as bad for you as fast food, processed food, pure sugar, etc. If there were any bad side effects it would be like turning orange from drinking too much carrot juice or something weird like that. I think you would know right away and it would be really hard to do. My brother juices every day, about 10 carrots a couple beets, some celery, ginger and kale. He hasn't turned orange yet! I say keep eating your veges!

Define 'too much'.

Depends what kind of vegetables you eat.
I advise you to eat organically.
The normal ones you get, they have chemicals and pesticides.
But that all goes into a different topic.
But eat vegetables, don't ditch them.
They're still good but not as good as organically grown ones :)

Hope that helps.

For vegetarians, variety is key, and so, it's healthier to eat vegetables that are actually in season. There are people who have never eaten meat in their lives who are doing fine, but they are often more vulnerable to anemia.

There is no bad effect in it...Actually it is more possible that meats could give you bad effect than vegetables would do

I would guess it depends on how much is to much.

If it is a reasonable amount you should be fine.

Maybe even better than fine.

Over eating of any thing is bad.

Yes, you need protein. It's in all your muscles. Oh, and you'll turn colours.

Niacin can make you red.
And carrots can make you yellow.

And fruit-rollups can turn your stool different colours too. You should try it out sometimes ;-)

nope, it's not bad for you. You might pass some really bad gas but that's about all on the negative side.
