Well I have liked this girl for quite some time and I am wondering how I should ask her out.
Should I talk and get to know her first or should I go straight in and ask her?
The only thing is that if I get rejected people will probably joke and laugh at me like they did on a different occasion.
Please give me advise on what to do here I am really confused.

if you've liked her for some time so go talk to her just don't expect too much to soon,take it slow and show her your interested in her and not just her body a women really responds well to this.

Talk to her just be careful not to get in the friend zone.
If you do ask her out do it at a time when the two of you are alone.

talk to her and get to know her but don't wait to long someone else might get to her first. and believe me girls feel the same way about rejection so take a chance. good luck!!!!
