100 crunches wont work, 100 will build ab muscle but will not burn the fat away you need to tone your abs not build mass to them you idiot.Hill sprints, they will make you lose about 7-12 lbs in 2 weeks and diet right for toning the abs, cardio is the way and hill sprints work they give you strength speed power and prevent leg injuries.but yes 100 crunches is good but wont get you to 6-pack.But it will depend on how much determination you got to,if you don't have determination, you prob wont get it, You know if you quit because you couldn't do it it wasnt the outside of your body that quit it was your inner self that told you to and you did, so tell it to keep going and the outside becomes better,

serious and riveting workouts. Try going to the gym and use those weight machine things. Good luck

Along with sit ups everyday, you have to eat right. Hard to do but doable.
