I do think I`m too low weight (104 pounds)

Go to the BMI calculator at ivillage.com. Instead of looking at the # on the scale, look at your body composition. I'm 5'6" at 125 but I'm 25% body fat...not very healthy so I need to work out. If your % is too low, like less than 10%, you need to eat healthy fats in appropriate ratio to healthy proteins and healthy carbs. I mostly live on cereal, and tacos so I have to change my diet to be healthier. You need to look at what you put into your body, not what you look like. But since I'm lazy, I'll have to find motivation to change my habits.

Between 100lb and 135lb is fine depending on frame size and muscle mass.

If you are 104lb, you are okay if you have a small frame. HTH : )
