Go one better-- brew the tea in a cup of hot milk, or simmer the tea leaves in milk for a few minutes, instead of steeping in hot water. I love to brew my chai-spiced and fruit-flavored teas like this: place the tea leaves in a Pyrex measuring cup with 3/4 cup of milk blended with 1/4 cup of water. Microwave at 80% power for 3 minutes, then pour the tea thru a strainer into a cup. Sweeten to taste with sugar, artificial sweetener, or 2 teaspoonfuls of flavored syrup. ENJOY!!!.
