My friends are all thin and so am but my stomach shakes, i cant see why? Is it normal i hate it when i put on a bathing suit ! its gross i think but is it normal any solitions even if i suck in it doesent help ...... lol its sad ... ! (im only 12 too!) :(

Do 25 sit-ups daily or touch your toes 50 times every day. No one needs to know. But the best exercise for flattening abs without damaging the back is good old Pilates.

I am really skinny and toned, i have some serious abs.... but............ it looks like i am a bit chunky b-cuz of all the skin i have in my torso area (i am short, i need to grow) so i am going to use that skin when i grow, but that makes my stomach shake... so no-ur not un-normal, try pilates--it elongates ur torso which makes you taller and will even out the skin around your belly

Everybody's body is diffrent... i think your worrying WAY too much..it sounds like your a young teenager,so this isnt surprising because many young people-well people of all ages- are worried about their body image,but just calm down....stars for eaxmple like j-lo and shakira....have some "belly"(it actually helps with belly dancing) its not unnatural, abnormal or GROSS...its just your body...if its bothering you that bad...try some sit ups to tone...or pilates or swimming or something... i wish a slight jiggle was all i had to worry about....please...trust me...your not GROSS...

It is normal. You probably notice your own more than everybody else's. And they probably notice theirs more than yours.
If it really bothers you try doing about 5 to 10 sit-ups a day, and more as you get stronger.

Try doing some lower and upper abdominal exercises to tone up your tummy. Also do some aerobic exercising to burn calories.

yeah, its normal...if youre already thing do 100 crunches before you go to everynight and that little jiggle will be gone before swim suit season =)

everyones fat goes somewhere, mabey they have a lil tummy but may have big tighs or butt.. or mabey they have it puberty before you and have lost babyfat beofer you, you will thin out
