also your husbands cousin could be considered your "cousin-in-law". That would be considered cousin by marriage, kind of like a brother-in-law.
If your cousin got married, it would be 'cousin-in-law' also. and also considered related by marriage. Just because your cousin is your 'legal blood related relative, the cousin-in-law would not be considered a legal relative in a court of law.

Oh, I guess if you can have a sister/brother/mother/father in law, you could have a cousin-in-law. I usually just say my cousins husband/wife for introductions.
