Leviticus 15:16. God knows are human needs so don't get hung up on it. Deut 23 instructed the Hebrews to bury any extrement, since God walks around the camp. [Besides I wouldn't want to step in it eather.] Ironicaly the Essenes (ancient Jewish cult who wrote the Dead Sea scrolls) died out from bacterial build up by always using the same spot of ground. Roy Masters on the radio tells people how to curb it. Paul sayed it is better to get married, then burn (with desire).

Well, long ago the Playboy Advisor gave some Biblical concepts that COULD indicate it was this, but they were unsure. The biggest concept was of someone (forget who) who was "spilling his seed" and they weren't sure if it was mastrubation or pulling out. But the Bible considered it wrong.

Basically, ALL sex acts done outside of marriage are considered wrong.

Basically sex is considered as baby making, with God determining if there will or will not be a baby.

However the Bible does charge with Wives to take care of their husband's bodies and Husband's to take care of their wives bodies. So this opens up a "inside marriage anything or many thigs" godes concept. Again, the Bible is vague.

First of all, sex was created by God for procreative purposes, physical enjoyment, and the demonstration of intimacy between a husband and a wife. In this context, the sexual act is intended to occur in a healthy marriage relationship between husband and wife in purity and holiness. In contrast to this, masturbation is the self stimulation to the point of sexual release without the gifting of a spouse. It would seem that masturbation is a denial of the sexual design of God for couples. But, is it sinful? Again, answering this question is difficult because the Bible does not pronounce it as sin. Nevertheless, there is the principle of purity that is obvious true. Does masturbation fall under the category of purity?
We can say this for sure. If masturbation involves sexual fantasies and/or pornography, then it is certainly not pure and is very sinful. The Bible clearly teaches that our minds are as important to God as our bodies are and that we are to remain pure in both. Jesus said, "You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery’; 28 but I say to you, that everyone who looks on a woman to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart," (Matt. 5:27-28). Jesus is saying that thinking lustful thoughts is sinful. Therefore, masturbation involving sexual fantasies (at least not of one's spouse) is undoubtedly sinful.

Genesis 38:9-10

9. Now Onan knew that the progeny would not be his, and it came about, when he came to his brother's wife, he wasted [his semen] on the ground, in order not to give seed to his brother.
10. Now what he did was evil in the eyes of the Lord, and He put him to death also.

First of all horribly taken out of context as usual. Next do you really think God killed everyone that masterbated, there'd be a lot more girls me thinks.

Yes, there are:

Genesis 38:9-10

9. Now Onan knew that the progeny would not be his, and it came about, when he came to his brother's wife, he wasted [his semen] on the ground, in order not to give seed to his brother.
10. Now what he did was evil in the eyes of the Lord, and He put him to death also.

This shows that Onan's semen was ejaculated without means to impregnate, (thus "spilling the seed" as in masturbation) and it was evil in the eyes of the Lord.

Don't try to curb it, dude. A normal healthy functioning human body has to have orgasms regularly. Just close your eyes and think of England

Onan's sin, to which several have referred, was not "spilling his seed" but the refusal to participate in the Hebrew institution of Levrite marriage.
