If your license is suspended you should know it. Check with your DMV and they'll tell you.

Now to your question. Yes, you can buy a car without a license. There is no requirement to have a license anywhere in the US in order to purchase a car.

Many dealers won't complete the delivery process (for liability reasons) until you have insurance. You can get insurance without a license as well, though you'll occasionally encounter the idiot agent that says you can't. And you'll encounter the occasional moron at the DMV that thinks you need a license to register and title a car. Just ask to speak to a supervisor.

I've had 4 realtives who were unlicensed for various reasons but onwed cars -- one was a paraplegic and had to sign the paperwork with a pen in his mouth as he had no arms or legs and another was legally blind -- and I know several folks personally who are not licensed but own and insure cars.

Buying and insuring a car without a license can be an exercise in frustration because a number of folks along the way are simply ignorant. Unless you are under sentence from a court of law that precludes owning a vehicle (I know one guy in this situation, a habitual DUI offender) there's no reason why you can't buy a car.

Yes you can . You don't have to have a license to purchase a vehicle. Have you given any thought as to how you will insure it since ya can't drive it and for whatever reason your license was suspended? Call your local Div. of Motor Vehicles and see if your license is suspended. That way you will know one way or the other. Also, when you get insurance and they see you have no license they will ask,who will be the primary driver(s)

Show them the money and they will show you a car. You don't need a drivers license to buy a car, but you do need one to drive a car and don't forget the insurance as it is against the law to drive without insurance.
