I don't think it's okay... not because of a 5 year gap, but because there's a huge huge huge maturity difference at those ages... when they get older it would be perfectly fine.

I think that most people think about this kind of question in terms of sex, but even if you're not going to have sex with her at all, I think that it still is a bad idea. She is at a much different maturity level than you, and if you started to date her, you'd force her into a more grown-up world than she is in. She should be able to grow up at a natural pace, and not have to accelerate to match you. The five years between you two are a lot in terms of your outlook on the world. Even if you really love her, it doesn't change the fact that you are already mismatched because of the age difference.

if you know the laws and all that stuff then you know the answer - no ... children dating adults is not okay. If this really is "true love forever" and all that crap (which I doubt given the ages) then it will be the same in a few years .... wait and see what it's like at 18 and 23 and see if you still want to date then.

i'm inspite of the indisputable fact that its vice versa i'm the girl and that i'm 13 in a million month and my boyfriend might want to be 15 in a million month an afternoon in the previous than me. So ya its cool to attempt this i recommend my mom and dad are impressive with it

definatly not.. i know u mentioned this but its against the law, and as some1 else said there are gigantic maturity differences. and right now, that girl doesnt know what she wants.
