Sit on it constantly. Just kidding you. You really can't make your butt smaller. You can tone it which gives it shape and you may lose just a tad of the butt. Do the "butt crunch". Lay on your stomach, arms out to sides, and lift your legs up as far as possible one at a time. That is really the only way I know how to "lose" some of the butt. Good Luck!

lay on your back and do leg curls...lunges in high reps and simply flexing your buttocks muscles and holding the contraction for 5 secs. and repeating for 10 reps and 4 sets.
