I am so sorry you are feeling lonely. Remember, that a relationship takes two to make it, not just one. I am not sure where your partner is at times, that is making you feel lonely. Some people fear being lonely all their lives. You sound like a person who does not want to feel that the rest of yours. Time for you to put your own feelings in check. Your feeling lonely and this is not a good thing for you. Tell your partner how you feel. If he cannot help making you feel that way Since you lack details in your question. For all we know he could be in the military, a truck driver, anything else that could possibly keep him away. If its not a reasonable situation of why your partner is gone for a period of time and making you feel lonely. Its time for you to move on to someone who has the time to give you the love and respect and attention that you deserve. If your with the person all the time however and feeling lonely, its time to move for sure.

If you are lonely than he is not meeting your needs as a partner, or you may be lacking emotional support from him and feel lonely because you are looking for something else in a relationship. I suggest you take a break from him and see if you can find what your looking for in another relationship or some thing you find more interesting. Good luck in your search for fulfillment.

Maybe you're in the wrong relationship? All of us feel lonely at times even if we are surrounded by people who love us. Maybe we just need some fresh air and a brisk walk? Boredom? We aren't doing anything new and exciting? A good tear jerker movie - sometimes a good cry relieves a lot of stress and loneliness. Talk to your sisters, Mother or Aunt or Grandma - they understand a lot more than we give them credit for - love and empathy.

You need to get a new relationship if you feel lonely. You really should not be feeling this way a healthy relationship makes you feel loved, wanted and missed when your not together. Think about what you need and either ask for it from your present partner or find a new one.

Not a good relationship. If you've had a relationship where you were not lonely, you could compare the two. Then ask yourself if it is worth it. Probably not.

i have been. It takes allot of effort to truly be in a relationship. If you cant work it out, is it possible your partner does not see the situation as a relationship.

I think everybody one way or another is in the same situation one time or another but different people choose different solutions. However, I am not in this situation; I'm happily married.
