The problm with weight loss supplements is none of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back. You are so close to your weight loss goal why start the yo-yo of losing and gaining...

Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.

Try not to use the suppliments, The only thing I can suggest is switching the way you are eating. If you usually have 3 meals a day try about 5 or 6 Small meals a day. And you know what while dieting is great exercise helps also some cardio for the heart and palaties to slim down. The last 10 pounds are the hardest to drop and usually take the longest to drop.

How can u have supplement for loosing? U can have only for gaining, if at all.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

the only weight loss supplement that i've heard is really safe is hoodia and that just lessens your appetite. be careful to research it if you are serious because there are a lot of scams out there. If you only want to lose ten pounds i reccomend diet and exercise.

i don't recomend you do a weight loss problem i think that you should try to exercise cause its way more effective and it costs less. try getting a stability ball helps out a lot and gives you more options for exercises.
