Can you do that or not. Just wondering.

In latin american countries can you do that. Like by Argentina or bolivia. What about mexico. I dont really care to drive myself but sometimes some busses go somewhere and there isnt no bus going back to where you were at or your waiting for a minute to go back where you were at if your hanging out somewhere and you might want to go back to where you were at for a minute

what is the driving tests in other countries like in the usa or what? do you have to have a car to get the test.
just wondering. to drive in other countries you have to have a license or something though or what

No, you can't. When you apply for your international Drivers Lic., you're still required to have a current D.L.

in lots of african countrys is also very easy, and in the balkan
in some countrys,in the far east, you can get one in some of the
more poorer states,i know its not difficult in indonesia /cambodia
for example, but in the most countrys in the western world there are restrictions for exchancing this for a international license.
it used to be a piece of cake in aruba, heard some stories about poland,but its possible that they chanced some laws, there must
be a list to obtain somewhere. good luck

If you pass the written and driving test of the country you are visiting. YES, you can get a driving licence.

Yes you can, if you pasa a written and a practical test, and pay the fee, also you have to present your ID with photo
