Long time ago i met this guy we became boyfriend and girlfriend but then lately i been waiting to call him but i am scared he might hang up on me or that i might just not get an answer or that maybe he might not want to talk to me what should i do!!

So, what is the status of your relationship? If you're boyfriend & girlfriend, what's the problem? You should be able to call him without him hanging up, unless there is a problem.

If he hasn't called you in a few weeks, I'd wait still. If time goes on and he still hasn't called, send him and e-mail. Not one like "Omg! Lyk, why the hell didn't you call me?!" Just say something like "Hey stranger, been wondering how you're doing."

im confused are yall still dating? if so call him he will probably want to talk to you. if not and you like him call him the worst that can happen you said he wont talk or wont answer. in the game of love all we can do is take chances. go for it and good luck.
